What are the consultation charges?
Consultation charges vary by advocate and are displayed on their profile. Rates are per-minute and you only pay for the actual consultation duration. Most consultations range from ₹5-₹20 per minute.
How do I become an advocate on NyaySopan?
Visit our Advocate Onboarding page, submit your Bar Council registration details, complete verification, and set up your profile. The process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Is my consultation confidential?
Yes, all consultations are completely confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. We use end-to-end encryption for all communications.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Refunds are available for technical issues, advocate no-shows, or platform errors. Please refer to our Dispute & Refund Policy for detailed information.
What payment methods are accepted?
